Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS:

We hope you love your purchase as much as we do, but if you do need to return or exchange an item, we’re happy to help. CocoRhys accepts returns in exchange for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Items sent back within 15-30 days will only be eligible for a store credit. We do not credit original or return shipping costs.

All items must be returned in their original condition and with the price tag attached. Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered. Sale, personalized merchandise and gift cards are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@cocorhys.com.  Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns will be refunded to original form of payment.

Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery for a refund.

EXCHANGES:

To initiate an exchange, contact us at support@cocorhys.com. Please tell us the item(s) you are returning as well, the item(s) you would like in exchange as well as your reason for the exchange. Once your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

 

REFUNDS:

Please allow 14 business days from the return shipment date to process your return and 5-7 additional days to appear on your credit card statement
